SteadyFyre is operated by Farcelis AI Consulting. Contact support@steadyfyre.com with privacy questions, access requests or deletion requests. This notice describes the current pilot; material changes will be posted here before new processing is enabled.
What we collect and why
We store account name, email and authentication records to sign you in and protect access. Your workspace stores the business brief, company research, contact information you enter, campaign drafts, documents, tasks and activity you choose to save so the service can provide those features. Technical logs and AI run status help diagnose errors, limit abuse and operate the service. Do not upload sensitive personal information, passwords, financial account numbers or information you lack permission to use.
AI and service providers
When you request AI research or drafting, relevant brief and record content is sent to OpenAI. Research may use web search. AI responses can be inaccurate and require review. We request that generation responses are not stored as retrievable API response objects; provider security and abuse-monitoring retention may still apply. Vercel hosts the application. Neon provides database storage and authentication. Each processes data to deliver these functions under its applicable terms.
Workspace separation
Customer data is separated through server-side account and team authorization. Public demonstrations use fictional data and do not read live workspaces. Invited teammates can access the workspace they join. The operator’s in-app signup view shows account email, creation time and subscription status; it does not show customer content. This is not end-to-end encryption: authorized infrastructure administrators may technically access stored data for maintenance, security or legally required purposes.
Cookies, sales and advertising
Authentication uses essential cookies. The pilot does not include advertising trackers, sell personal data or use customer content to build advertising profiles. Demo edits live only in the current browser tab and disappear on reload.
Retention and your choices
Workspace content is retained while your account is active. You can export it from the workspace. Contact support to request account or workspace deletion or correction; we verify identity before acting. Limited records may remain where needed for security, legal obligations or provider backup retention. Do not assume that deleting a draft in one system deletes copies you exported or sent elsewhere.
Billing and communications
Paid checkout is not enabled in this pilot. Before it opens, we will identify the payment processor and explain billing information and retention. Signup and subscription notifications contain account metadata, not customer workspace content. Marketing outreach and social publishing are not enabled in the current pilot.
International processing and age
Infrastructure providers may process data in the United States and other countries where they operate. SteadyFyre is a business service for adults, not a service directed to children. Privacy rights vary by location; contact support to exercise applicable rights.
